Welcome to MakerKit3d! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at makerkit3d.com (the "Service") and operated by The Corner Woodshop LLC. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
MakerKit3d provides a platform that allows users to upload OBJ files to generate a shop-ready Build Kit — parts lists, cut diagrams, dimensioned part drawings, and a printable Shop Packet. The Service is currently provided free of charge. By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid features in the future. If we do, the applicable pricing and payment terms will be presented to you clearly before any charge is made, and you will not be charged for any feature without your express consent. Any paid feature would be optional, and the core Build Kit generation would remain available as described to you at the time.
All content, features, and functionality on the Service are the exclusive property of MakerKit3d or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
When you upload any content, including OBJ files, you grant MakerKit3d a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe upon the rights of others.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MakerKit3d makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakerKit3d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MakerKit3d, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
